• Design creatives

10. Limitation of Liability
Lalchnd shall not be liable for:

• Network delivery failures
• Delayed or undelivered messages
• Errors caused by third-party telecom operators
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from message usage

11. Third-Party Platforms

RCS messaging is delivered through authorized messaging service providers and telecom operators. By interacting with RCS messages, you also agree to the applicable terms of your mobile service provider.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Fraud Disclaimer
Lalchnd will never:

• Ask for OTPs over RCS
• Ask for bank passwords
• Request confidential PINs
Customers are advised to verify any suspicious message directly with Lalchnd showroom or official contact numbers.

14. Modification of Terms

Lalchnd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised date.
Continued interaction with RCS messages after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
